What insurances do you accept?

We accept most insurance plans however, if you do not see your plan listed below, please contact Immediate Care to verify participation. Co-pays, deductibles, and coinsurance amounts will be collected at the time of service.

What doctor is on duty today?

We have a team of physicians and physician assistants that work on a rotation; please call if you would like to know which provider is working.

Can you take x-rays?

Yes, we do have the ability to take x-rays in our office.

Can I be billed for my office visit?

We do not bill for services. Payment in full is expected at the time of service.

Do you accept Medicaid?

We only accept Medicaid when it is secondary to another insurance. If your Medicaid card has Carolina Access with a particular physician’s name on it we do not accept that card. You will need to see your Carolina Access provider.

What is a physician assistant?

A physician assistant (PA) is a medical professional who works as part of a team with a doctor. A PA is a graduate of an accredited PA educational program who is nationally certified and state-licensed to practice medicine with the supervision of a physician. More information can be found here.
